The agency last month teamed up with the Polish Dual-Use Chamber to jointly promote Poland's dual-use sector by organising trade and investment missions, business-to-business meetings, seminars, training events and other initiatives.

The two organisations signed a memorandum of understanding on June 25 during the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2026) in the northern Polish city of Gdańsk, according to the paih.gov.pl website.

Under the agreement, the two organisations will work together on study visits and webinars for investors, produce promotional materials and coordinate international outreach campaigns.

PAIH said the agreement combines its international network of trade offices and export promotion expertise with the Polish Dual-Use Chamber's industry know-how and business contacts.

Officials said the initiative aims to help Polish technology companies expand into foreign markets, build international partnerships and strengthen Poland's position in global supply chains.

The agreement follows growing interest in dual-use technologies as Russia's war in neighbouring Ukraine has increased demand for innovations that can serve both civilian and defence purposes.

During the Ukraine Recovery Conference, participants also discussed Polish-Ukrainian cooperation in the sector at a panel discussion focusing on dual-use technologies.

PAIH said Poland's location on NATO's eastern flank and its border with Ukraine make it a natural destination for Ukrainian dual-use manufacturers seeking to relocate or expand production in Europe.

The agency said it offers domestic and foreign investors assistance ranging from site selection and administrative support to advice on government grants and incentives available under Poland's investment programmes.

The Polish Dual-Use Chamber was established in March to represent companies developing technologies and products for both civilian and military use.

PAIH, the country's main investment and export promotion agency, supports Polish companies seeking to expand abroad while also working to attract foreign direct investment to Poland through its domestic and overseas offices.
